A Journey in Journalism

Description

There was a strong fascination for printed words. Out of this urge, an intermediate College kid submitted some works to the literary page of a daily newspaper. An outright rejection was obvious. While at the university corridor, there was a fresh start with the ‘Letters to the Editor’ section. The literary dreams were over by the time! One instance of printed magical words led to another and the outcome is this compilation. This may not qualify as ‘journalism’ in true sense as I never had the opportunity to involve myself in that noble profession full time for which I have a life long passion and admiration. However it was a journey endowed with dreams, excitements and celebrations on every single occasion a submission was finally cleared past the editorial. The same sense of celebration captivates me today when Kobi Prokashani decides to bring this in a book form.
