Description
This study investigates the connection between employee work attitudes and leadership competencies. It focuses on how employees’ psychological commitment and job satisfaction are affected by core leadership characteristics, such as communication, ethics, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. Leadership abilities have a considerable impact on psychological commitment, but they do not directly increase the influence of job satisfaction on job performance, according to the results of a structured questionnaire with 328 respondents that was analyzed using Smart PLS 4. For better organizational performance, these insights highlight the necessity for leaders to embrace skill sets that promote consistent employee attitudes and behaviors. The findings provide professionals and legislators with practical methods for enhancing leadership techniques to increase worker productivity and engagement.
The book examines the pivotal influence of leadership competencies on employee attitudes and organizational outcomes, emphasizing communication, ethics, decision-making, and emotional intelligence. Through thorough analysis, it identifies strategies to cultivate psychological commitment and improve leadership approaches, aiming to enhance efficiency and promote consistency in workplace behaviors.
